Our model is based on experience helping our clients implement custom programs to gather or communicate information. The underlying motivation has always remained constant: the Discovery and Reporting of critical data to improve processes and services. All too often, knowledge is gathered and not used to it’s full potential. This intelligence often contains valuable information, and can be used to uncover trends and issues through Knowledge data mining. And, in order to raise the bar and create a living philosophy that can be incorporated into your mission statement, we rounded out the model with the Monitor phase, which brings the ideals of continuous improvement to our methodology.
