Capture Inc. provides many options for your company to collect and analyze information. We specialize in business (B2B) and consumer (B2C) research and polling. Our data collection and analysis can be used for many other business needs including customer service evaluation and service quality trends (TQM), employee surveys, product testing, political work (polling, get out the vote, persuasive messages), and much more.

Data Collection

Our state-of-the-art computer aided telephone interviewing (CATI) system provides the most cost-effective means of collecting and disseminating information. Call related information is captured in real time, expediting available information to the client. Daily or nightly reports provide detailed information regarding the telephone calling (including call attempts, call dispositions, response rates, etc.) that can be broken down by many variables. Basic analysis regarding the  results can also be provided on a daily or nightly basis.

Our CATI telephone system handles question branching, skip options, and sample or response related quota requirements. Telephones are manned by our professional interviewing staff and all calling is fully monitored, and all data reviewed for accuracy. Speed dialers may also be employed should your project warrant it. We can also assist you with developing or acquiring the best sample possible for your calling campaign.

In addition to our telephone interviewing capabilities, Capture provides a number of other options to collect information, including mail surveys, data cards, point of sale forms, and by the creation of runtime files that can be emailed or sent on diskette to targeted customers to run on their desktop. No matter which data collection option you choose, our market research and survey expertise will ensure you have the most effective questionnaire, telephone script or message, or other data collection instrument possible.

Data Analysis

Capture uses the most advanced statistical analysis and reporting techniques available to communicate results to clients. A number of options are available, from basic to advanced, and analysis and reports are customized to best meet the needs and budget of the client. Capture executive summaries and result reports are provided in a clean and precise format, with analysis and recommendations by our marketing and survey specialists. Basic information can be provided on a daily or nightly basis, with more advanced results following. Database administrators are available to organize, modify and mine databases  and we use powerful statistical software to provide whatever analysis you require (basic or advanced tabulations and banners). Results can also be appended or merged to existing files if desired and we can provide end-data for integration to your customer information file or other systems in an agreed upon format
